In a time of social unrest and disorder. The gangs have moved closer into power. The biggest and most feared of them all is the Axe Gang.

A custom design of some members of the ''Axe Gang'' who appears in various kung-fu movies. But even in the lego world, this gang is active. Their primary weapons are axes. But some of the members doesn't really take their job as a gangster serious.
